Filters of PSP default
Material:
Pattern = gold or of your choice to put in your PSP Texture folder
Pattern = lace6 to put in your PSP Texture folder
Image of your choice or you can use mine

Level: Intermediate

01.

Open your image of choice > copy (shift+d), close original

02.
Image > resize your copy to 300x pixel > remember to save often, start here
03.

Go to Layer's Palette right click on Background > Promote Background Layer

04.
Image > add border > 1 x symmetric > color black > ok
05.
Image > add border > 4 x symmetric > white color > Magic wand > Select border > fill with gold.
06.

Still selected > Effect > 3D Effect > Inner bevel of your choice. Deselect

07.
Image > add border > 1 x symmetric > color black > ok
08.
Image > add border > 12 x symmetric > white color > Select with magic wand
09.
Still selected > Effect > Texture Effects >Texture lace06, see settings image 1. > ok
10.
Still selected > Effect > 3D Effect > Inner bevel of your choice. Deselect
11.
Image > add border > 1 x symmetric > color black > ok
12.
Image > add border > 4 x symmetric > white color > Magic wand >
Select border > fill with gold. Effect > 3D Effect > Inner bevel with same settings as in #6.

Image > add border > 1 x symmetric > color black > ok
14.
Image > add border > 25 x symmetric > white color > Select with magic wand > Effect > Reflection Effects > Pattern > see settings image 2 > ok
15.
Still selected > Effect > Image Effect > Seamless Tiling > see settings image 3 > OK > STILL SELECTET.
16.
Still selected > Effect > Disortion Effect > Rectangular to polar, color black > Deselect
17.
Magic wand > click on the black corner hold shift down while you click on the other 3 corners so you have all black selected > image 4
18.

Go to Selection > Invert > Effect > 3D Effect > Inner bevel with same settings as earlier > repeat Innerbevel > Selections > Invert

19.
Still selected > Effect > Texture Effects > Blinds > with settings at image 5
20.
Effect > 3D Effect > Inner bevel with same settings as earlier > repeat Innerbevel 3 times > Deselect
21.
Add your watermark and / or text and you are done
