01. Open your image > Image > Resize to 400 x pixel

02. Image > Add Border > 3 x symmetric > color white > floodfill with your pattern >

Effect > 3D Effects > Inner bevel > see image1 for settings.

03. Image > Add Border > 1 x symmetric > color black

04. Image > Add Border > 17 x symmetric > color white > Select border with magic wand > flood fill with ligth color (mine #fee9a7) > Effect > Photoshop II > See image2 for settings > Deselect

05. Magic wand > Select the light border (hold shift down while you select all) > Effect > 3D Effects > Inner bevel > see image3 for settings > Effect > EyeCandy 4000 > Shadowlab > see image4 for settings > Deselect

06. Image > Add Border > 1 x symmetric > color black

07. Image > Add Border > 20 x symmetric > color white > Select Border > flood fill with light color > (still selected) > Effect > Texture Effects > Blinds > See image5 for setting.

08. Still selected > Effect >Disortion > Wind > see image6 for settings > Deselect

09. Image > Add Border > 1 x symmetric > color black

10. Image > Add Border > 30 x symmetric > color white > Flood fill with your pattern > Effect > Texture Effects > Mosaic Antique > see image7 for settings

11. Still Selected > Effect 3D Effects > Inner bevel as last > Repeat Inner bevel > Effect > 3D Effects > Drop Shadow > see image8 for setting > repeat Drop shadow with minus H & V. > Deselect

12. Decorate with corners if you want > Add your text and/or your watermark and you are done.
