01. Copy the image 3 times (shift+d) Close original.

02. Layer Palette > Background > Promote background to layer

03. Activate one of the copies > Image > Resize 300 x pixel > Put a side.

04. Activate another of the copies > Effect > Unplugged Effects > Ink Rubber > with default settings > ok

05. Effect > Simple > Diamonds > Effect > Simple > Top Left Mirror.

06. Effect > Reflection Effects > Kailodoscope > see image 1 for settings > Effect > VM Distortion > Tile (image 2)a go go > put aside > remember to remember often

07. Activate the last copy > Image > Greyscaled > Image > Increace color depth > 16 >Layer Palette > Screen - see image 3 > Copy and paste on the main image (the resized) > yes it should look bigger than the colored one. > Layers > Merge > Merge all flatten. See image4

08. Image > Add border > 5 x symmetric > Color white > Select border with Magic Wand > Fill with your gold pattern > Effect > 3D Effects > Innerbevel > see image 5 for settings > Still selected

09. Effects > EyeCandy4000 > Shadowlab > see image 6 for settings > Deselect

10. Image > Add border > 2 x symmetric > color black.

11. Image > Add border > 8 x symmetric > Color white > Select border with Magic Wand > Fill with your gold pattern > Effect > 3D Effects > Innerbevel same settings as before > Repeat Innerbevel 3 times > Deselect

12. Image > Add border > 1 x symmetric > color black.

13. Image > Add border > 17 x symmetric > Color white > Select border with Magic Wand > Choose a dark color from your image > Fill Border > Effect > Texture Effects > Weave > settings default

14. Effects > Texture Effects > Mosaic Antique > see image 7 for settings > Effect > 3D Effects > Innerbevel as before > Repeat once > Deselect.

15. Image > Add border > 1 x symmetric > color black.

16. Image > Add border > 28 x symmetric > Color white > Select border with Magic Wand > Layer Palette > find the second copy with Tile a go go > see image 8> fill with your pattern.

17. Image > Rotate > Free rotate > 45 degree > Still Selected > Effect > 3D Effects > Innerbevel as before> Repeat once > Effect > EyeCandy4000 > Shadowlab as last> Image > Rotate > Free rotate > 45 degree > Still Selected > Effect > 3D Effects > Innerbevel as before> Repeat once > (yes, it suppose to be like this)

18. Selections > Invert > Rotate > Free rotate > 45 degree > Still selected > Effect > 3D effect > Innerbevel as before > Repeat 3 times > Effect > EyeCandy4000 > Shadowlab as last. Deselect

19. Decorate with corners or/and add your watermark / text and you are done.
