01.
Open your image > Copy Image (shift+d) once.

02. Resize it to 350 x pixels

03. Image > Add border > 1 x symmetric > color black.

04. Image > Add border > 3 x symmetric > color white > Select border with Magic Wand > fill with your gold pattern (settings for pattern is Scale 100 - Angle 0) > Effect > 3D Effects > Innerbevel > settings Groove > Deselect

05. Image > Add border > 1 x symmetric > color black.

06. Image > Add border > 12 x symmetric > color white > Select border > fill with a brigth color from the image - I used #ffa500 > Still selected > Effect > Unplugged Tools > see image 1 > Deselect

07. Magic Wand > Select all the colored parts of the border > image 2 > Effect > Texture Effects > Blinds > Effect > 3D Effects > Innerbevel > settings "mysoftedge" (you can save your settings to the presets so you have the Innerbevel to other things - remember to name it) > Deselect

08. Selections > Select all > Modify > Contrast 12 > Selections > Invert >

09. Effect > Xero > Porcelain > see image 5 > Still selected > Effect > EyeCandy4000 > Shadowlab image 6 > Deselect

10. Image > Add border > 1 x symmetric > color black.

11. Image > Add border > 3 x symmetric > color white > Select border with Magic Wand > fill with your gold pattern > Deselect

12. Image > Add border > 1 x symmetric > color black.

13.. Image > Add border > 8 x symmetric > color white > fill with a light color - I used #ffa500 > Still Selected > Effect > Texture Effects > Texture > see image 7 > Effect > 3D Effects > Innerbevel with same settings as last > Repeat Innerbevel > Deselect

14. Image > Add border > 1 x symmetric > color black.

15. Image > Add border > 25 x symmetric > color white > Select border > Fill with color as last > Still selected > Layers > Add New Layer > Fill border with your gold pattern > Layers > Load/save Mask > Load Mask from Disk > Load Mask > Layers Palette > Delete > Yes > Layers > Merge > Merge group > Right click on the gold border layer > Copy and paste as new layer. You have now two layers with gold > Deselect >

16. On the one that is activated > Effect > 3D Effects > Drop Shadow > see image 8 > Activate the other gold layer (Layers Palette) and repeat Drop Shadow.

17. Layers Palette > choose the background layer > Magic Wand > Select border > (Be sure you have the border selected) Effect > Texture Effects > Blinds with same settings as last > Effect > 3D Effects > Innerbevel as last. Deselect

18. Image > Add border > 1 x symmetric > color black.

19. Layers > Merge > Merge all flatten > Image > Resize of your choice.

20. Add your watermark or/and text and you are done.
