01. Make a copy of the image twice (shift+D) > Close the original

02. Activate one of the copies > Effect >VM Instant Art > Tripolis > Settings of All : 128 > Repeat >

03. Image > Canvas size > 700 x 700 pixel (depending of which size the image have - The canvas has to be equal> Color white > Fill the white with Golden gradient of own choice > Effect > Distortion Effects > Curlicues > Columns 5 - Rows 5 - Radius 100 - Strength 50 - Checked in Symmetric and Clockwise > click ok

04. Adjust > Add/Remove noise > Median Filter with settings - Filter Aperture 25 >

05. Layers Palette > Promote background layer > Adjust > Lens Correction/photo fix > Pincushion Distortion Correction - Strength50 - checked in Preserve central scale > There should be a transparent area now. >

Remember to save often.

06. Effect > Reflection Effects > Kaleidoscope with settings > Image area > H offset 5 - V offset 5 - Rotation angle 0 - Scale factor 0 > in same Kaleidoscope Settings > Number of petals 6 - Number of orbits 0 - Radial Suction 100 - Edge mode (below in same box) Reflect > Ok

07. Magic wand with settings > Replace - RGB Value - Tolerance 0 - unchecked in Sample Merged - Feather 0 - Anti-alias checked - Outside > Select transparent areas ( Hold the shift key down while collecting the transparent areas) > Selections > Invert >

08. Effect > 3D Effects > Inner bevel with settings > Bevel 2 - Width 5 - Smoothness 40 - Depth 4 = Ambience 0 - Shininess 10 - Color white - Angle 315 - Intensity 67 - Elevation 21 > Ok

09. Still selected >Selection > Invert > Activate the other copy > Paste into selection > Deselect

10. Paste (as you still have the copy in the Clipboard) as new layer > Selection tool with settings > Ellipse - Replace - Feather 25 > Make a selection so you cover what you like of the motif > Selections > Invert > Hit Delete once or twice depending of how much there are going to be deleted > Deselect >

11. Layer Palette > Layer visible 80 % > Layers > Merge > Merge visible > Image > Resize to 500 x pixel (or to other sizes > Adjust > Brightness and contrast > Clarify - Strength of Effect 2 >

12. Image > add border > 1 x symmetric > color black

13. Image > add border > 3 x symmetric > color white > Magic wand with settings as in 07. >Select border > Fill with goldpattern of own choice > Deselect

14. Image > add border > 1 x symmetric > color black

15. Image > add border > 30 x symmetric > color white > Select border with Magic wand with same settings as last > Effect > Reflection Effects > Kaleidoscope with same settings as in 06. > Deselect >

16. Select the white areas with Magic wand and hold shift key down while you are selecting > Effect > 3D Effects > Inner bevel with same setting as last > Deselect

17. Repeat 12. - 13. and 14. > Image > Resize to 400 x pixel > Add the watermark/text and you're done

18. Effect > Artistic Effects > Sepia Toning with settings > Amount to age 75 (if you want to give it an extra effect.)
